Meet the Inspector
Bo Grandy is the owner and operator of Grandy Inspections LLC. Bo is licensed as an Illinois State Home Inspector. On top of his Illinois license Bo is a Certified Professional Inspector by the International Association of Home inspectors. Bo holds many inspection certifications, and is always continuing his education to better his trade. Bo brings a plethora of knowledge in building construction, and life safety to every inspection he performs. When not home inspecting you may see Bo riding around in a firetruck. On top of home inspecting Bo is a full time firefighter-paramedic for a local municipality.

We provide residential inspections from single family homes to 40 unit apartment buildings. Bo is a State of Il licensed home inspector with many other certifcations backed by the international association of home inspectors. On top of property inspections Bo is also certified by the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants. What does that mean? That means on top of your residential inspection we are able to offer mold inspections. Mold inspections can include swabbing for mold, or indoor air sample tests.
