Our residential inspections are performed to the Illinois state home inspection standards and above. We make a point to access all areas of the home if possible. A thorough home inspection should include walking a homes roof, crawling in the crawlspace, and spanning the attic. Mold Inspections & Testing

Most home inspectors note the possibility of mold and recommend a professional to evaluate and test. At Grandy inspections we are that professional. If we see suspected mold we will take a swab on site if requested and overnight it to our lab to verify the presence of mold. We will also perform air mold sampling and testing upon request.
